Re-adjusting the connection

Today I have done too much, not referring to my planning, but to my passion. This means I should re-adjust the planning more to my heart, however, hmmm... I made promises to others and there it is - doing that I made miscalculations or made mis-understandings (not listening enough to my inner voice), so my remidy should be to negotiate with my senses a little more before I make promises, I should get better CONNECTED and listen to my heart.
